Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room felt quite old and not well taken care of with yellowing wallpapers and cracked bathroom tiles, but it was spacious with a nice terrace. The small double rooms were a good size but had some stairs to consider. The service was a mix of okay and taciturn, lacking cheery greetings and invading our privacy by entering our room early. The location had its drawbacks being near a busy pub and tram tracks but offered easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as a quiet street with nearby dining options. The dining choices were limited and somewhat overpriced, but suitable for on-the-go visitors. Overall, a satisfactory stay with room for improvement.
The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet part of town, with many nice restaurants around. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything one could need, offering a great view of the Vredenspalais. The service is exceptional, with staff always ready to assist, and the location is excellent, close to key attractions and convenient for transportation. However, the breakfast is repetitive, and the rooms were not ready upon check-in.
